All items sold on this website are custom-made to order.

Because all of our personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our  error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with cler photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or correct the item at no additional cost.

 

Please Note:

-Minor variations in color, placement, or design are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.

-We are not responsible or errors approved by the customer during the design or proofing stage.

-Shipping delays or carrier issues are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
