At Gjyshe Customs, we take pride in crafting personalized, high quality home decor made just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we can not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us withing 7 days of receipt at: customs@gjyshecustoms.com, with photos of the item. We will work with you to replace or repair your order promptly.
Cancellations and Changes:
Custom orders begin production immediately upon confirmation. Request to cancel or change an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping issues:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

-Minor variations in color, placement, or design are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.
-We are not responsible or errors approved by the customer during the design or proofing stage.
-Shipping delays or carrier issues are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
